Spasmofree Syrup - Relief from Muscle Spasms

Composition:

Each 5 ml of syrup contains 10mg of Tiemonium methylsulfate.

Properties:

Tiemonium is a quaternary ammonium antispasmodic compound with peripheral antimuscarinic effects (1/50th the effect of atropine).

Indications:

Treatment of spasms and symptomatic pain related to functional disorders in the digestive tract, biliary system, urinary tract, and gynecology.

Dosage Administration:

  • Adults: 1 to 3 tablespoonfuls 3 times daily.
  • Children: 3 teaspoonfuls / 5 kg body weight / day in divided doses.

Contraindications:

  • Urethroprostatic disorders involving a risk of urine retention.
  • Risk of closed-angle glaucoma.

Precautions & Warnings:

Risk of hypotension.

Side Effects:

Risk of hypotension.
