Adwinerve 500 (Capsules)

Composition:

Each capsule contains:

  • Mecobalamin 500 mcg

Properties:

Mecobalamin (methylcobalamin) is the only homologue of vitamin B12 that participates in transmethylation as a B12-containing coenzyme. It facilitates the methylation of transfer RNAs, which play a fundamental role in protein synthesis, stimulate methionine synthesis, and help restore normal levels of RNA in nerve cells.

Indications:

  1. Improves disturbances in the metabolism of nucleic acids and proteins in nerve tissue.
  2. Nerve tissue repair.
  3. Improves sensory and motor disturbances.
  4. Peripheral neuropathies (diabetic and alcoholic neuropathy, drug-induced neuropathy, lumbago, entrapment neuropathy, intercostal neuralgia, and diabetic retinopathy).

Dosage Administration:

1500 mcg/day divided into 3 doses. The dose should be adjusted according to age and severity of the cases.

Side Effects:

Rarely, loss of appetite, nausea, diarrhea, and other gastrointestinal symptoms may occur after use.

Packing:

Box contains 2 strips, each with 10 capsules.
